Build Your Bones! - Afternoon Class

Take steps toward improving or maintaining your bone health with our 6-week program! We will cover nutrients important to bone health, healthy eating tips, and more! Participants will also be able to taste-test recipes in class.

This class will meet every Thursday from April 25 to May 30, 2 pm - 4:30 pm.

All materials are provided in class. Space is limited to 16 people. Advance registration is required. Ticket sales end on April 22 at 5 pm. Checks are also accepted and must be received by April 22 by 5 pm.

If the class is full, please register for our waitlist. Each entry on the waitlist equals one ticket.

NOTE: Classes and events may be canceled at any time due to low registration or other circumstances, with full refunds issued for paid events. Similar classes or events are often offered on future dates.
