Our Story Starts
With Purpose

Because When Purpose Leads, Results Follow.

Two women, Mercedita Roxas-Murray and Teresa Pipia, decided to build a new type of marketing agency from the ground up. Montage Marketing Group is an agency of passionate, creative individuals with a common vision: to make connections that make a difference.

FROM DAY ONE,
IT WAS ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS.

At Montage, forging strong relationships is the key to inciting change. We’ve cultivated longstanding partnerships with leading corporations, government agencies, small businesses, and nonprofits. Because when people committed to a shared goal collaborate, real change can happen

WE DO WORK THAT MAKES THINGS BETTER.

We’re problem solvers determined to make a meaningful difference. We clarify and amplify the voices that need to be heard—from grassroots projects in our own neighborhood to national campaigns. Proud to be a women- and minority-led team, we partner with clients to create unstoppable impact.

DRIVEN BY PURPOSE.

We do what we do for a reason: to make a positive difference. Our purpose informs every decision we make. We believe people come first, and the best outcomes are rooted in relationships based on trust, collaboration, and open minds.

Our people make all the difference.

We produce strong work because our people work together. We listen to, support, and encourage each other, regardless of title or tenure. And we’re proud to be a third-party certified woman- and minority-led business, a diversity business enterprise, and a member of the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program.

Marketing that matters.

We believe marketing should be meaningful. That’s why we pursue projects and collaborate with clients who share our commitment to making a difference.

From advancing representation in medical research to promoting workplace diversity, we create work driven by purpose and defined by positive impact.
