This is the fourth session in the Marjon Running Series.
This session will focus on the mental side of running. It will give an overview of some psychological strategies, such as goal-setting, self-talk, and if-then planning, and provide information on how you can use these in preparation for the event and on race day itself.
Who should attend ?
These sessions are designed to help you get the most out of your training. Whether you are a seasoned runner or a beginner this is an opportunity to meet like minded people, share tips and talk through any issues in an informal and friendly environment.

The Marjon Running Series will be run by the highly experienced academics and professionals based at Plymouth Marjon University.
This masterclass will be delivered by Pille Pedmanson, Lecturer, in the School of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation

You must be 18 or over to attend.
Please dress appropriately ready to get involved.
The attendance fee is non-refundable.

There is free parking at the Marjon main campus. Please be aware if you decide to park at the Plymouth Marjon Sport & Health Centre there will be a charge.
