I am 22 years old. I have ADHD and autism. I used to have a problem with anger outbursts. I would yell and hit things. Now I use coping skills and try to talk it out and solve problems. I will lay down on the couch and relax and calm down. I like running and walking and playing games with my friends in day treatment. I like to see other people smile, it makes me happy. I live with my mom and want to stay there to help her out around the house. I would like to go to college to be a social worker and help kids with problems like I had.
 
I like to draw. It makes me happy. I like to draw super heroes. I look up to them. I want to be like them. I like to draw batman, superman, and X-men. The first thing I ever drew was my dog in an art class in school. When I draw I feel good, calm, relaxed, and happy
