Ground Level:

The private pool is located in the backyard and is completely gated from the house. The new hot tub is located on the pool deck. You will love the convenience of the new pool house with an outside kitchen and poolside bathroom. Under the house, you will find a storage area.

Mid Level:

You will find all the bedrooms located on the mid-level. There are two king rooms, both with TV/DVD and deck access. You will also find a bedroom with two singles with a TV/DVD and a room with a DuoBunk and trundle. There are two full bathrooms and the washer/dryer is found on this level as well.

Top Level:

Up a flight of stairs, you will enter into an open great room with a TV/DVD, surround sound, a sofa bed, and a half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is seating for 16 using the dining table, bistro set, and kitchen bar. A cupola provides additional lighting throughout the great room.

Other Amenities:

Amenities: Private unheated saltwater pool, hot tub, WiFi, four TVs, four DVDs, gas grill, and stereo with surround sound. Baby items: Pack ‘N Play, porta crib, high chair, books/games.

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and An Ocean State of Mind was the perfect spot for us. It was tidy, clean, and had all the kitchen equipment we needed. It is a very quick walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the top floor and hear the waves. We appreciated the beach chairs and volleyball for the beach (They had a lot of other beach things but we didn't need them).

After 10 years of coming to the OBX and staying in a different house each year, this was by far our favorite house. The pool area was the highlight. We loved the pool house complete with a bathroom. The kitchen had a good variety of utensils and cookware. Very happy with the short walk to the beach. The biggest problem was that we couldn't stay longer! We hope to vacation here again.

Perfect for a smaller group, top level very open and well appointed. Outdoor kitchen by the pool a great feature. Short walk to the beach!!

This place had absolutely everything we needed for a family with a 1 and 2 year old. Pack and play, high chair, a ton of toys, books, sand toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The pool/hot tub/cabana area was AMAZING and where we spent most of our time. The house was very cleanly and had all gadgets needed for cooking the the kitchen. Just steps from the beach and a 5 minute ride into town, it was the perfect location. For sure will be back!

This home was clean, comfortable, fun, and close to beach access. Pool, hot tub, pool bar and outdoor shower were loved by all.
