CarePatrol of Colorado Springs/Pueblo is hosting a golf tournament fundraiser for the Alzheimer's Association

When: Friday, June 21st at 8:00 am (check-in at 7:00am)

Location: Desert Hawk at Pueblo West, 251 McCulloch Blvd, Pueblo West, CO 81007

The golf tournament is teams of 4. Player registration includes green fee, golf cart fee, lunch and drink tickets. We will have a raffle and contest holes for prizes and games throughout the entire tournament! ALL PROCEEDS GO DIRECTLY TO THE ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION.
