Lee & Associates-Houston

Nesloney is willing to work on projects that others would think are impossible.

She has taken several office buildings and increased both occupancies by 50 percent and rates by 30 percent

Nesloney’s favorite types of assignments are value-add projects where she is involved in all phases of the leasing and building renovations

Jill Nesloney is a principal at Lee & Associates-Houston, specializing in leasing office properties. She is the only female principal in this office, a huge accomplishment at the age of 32.

She has more than nine years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in Houston. In the last six years, between Griffin Partners and Lee & Associates, Nesloney has handled more than 450 lease transactions. She has a proven track record of working diligently with owners, tenants and asset managers to achieve short- and long-term leasing goals.

Nesloney has experience in all submarkets of Houston in a variety of business industries. Her primary objective for helping companies is to locate space that works well for business as well as the bottom line. Nesloney does this while understanding how this transaction can benefit the landlord’s financial objectives.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Nesloney as one of the Texas 2021 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect CRE’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
