Dylan Ahearn


Dylan Ahearn is a hydrologist who has spent the last 20 years figuring out how best to eliminate toxic pollution in our waterways. He is currently an adjunct professor at Edmonds College and Associate Director of Science with Herrera, Inc. Dylan specializes in experimental design, statistical analysis, and Green Stormwater Infrastructure, with a particular focus on stormwater treatment research and development.


Mallory Dobbs


Mallory holds a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Saint Martin’s University and received her Professional Engineering License in December of 2020. She is a project engineer for SCJ Alliance, focused on site/civil engineering design with a specialty in stormwater management and design for commercial and industrial facilities, higher education campuses, and single and multi-family residential projects. The stormwater designs have ranged from simple stormwater mitigation to innovative low impact development approaches to include the design of bioretention facilities, permeable pavements, swales, and other conveyance, detention and infiltration systems.
