Nicole Moniz, Vice President of Corporate Real Estate, will act as the single-point-of-contact between Great Clips Canadian franchisees, the Great Clips, Inc. real estate team, and Lee & Associates Toronto’s Corporate Solutions group. She will provide direct oversight on their real estate services and transaction management across all Great Clips locations in Canada.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates Toronto, Nicole was a corporate real estate manager for Canada at Great Clips, Inc. for approximately two years. Her experience and knowledge of the brand’s operations will provide a seamless transition for all of Great Clips’ real estate needs moving forward.
