ITS Heartland 2022 - Call for Abstracts

The ITS Rocky Mountain Meeting is a popular event that attracts transportation professionals from the Rocky Mountain region and beyond. The Annual Meeting provides a unique opportunity for organizations interested in ITS to discuss, interact, and learn about the latest developments and issues related to the deployment of ITS. By attending the event, you can help increase awareness of the benefits of ITS and contribute to its growth and success.

Invitation to Submit an Abstract

The ITS Rocky Mountain Annual Meeting Planning Committee invites you to submit an abstract for presentation at the 2024 ITS Rocky Mountain Annual Meeting in Sandy, UT -- Sept. 10, 2024. Presentations should include success stories, lessons learned, and demonstrated collaboration on projects and ongoing transportation programs and initiatives in any of the following areas.

All abstracts must be submitted on or before, Wednesday, May 1, 2024.

Abstracts must be under 350 words and copied into the form below. All submissions will be reviewed by the Abstract Committee and authors will be notified on or around May 30, 2024.

Web Posting Agreement

The 2024 ITS Rocky Mountain Annual Meeting Planning Committee would like to publish all presentations to the conference website following the meeting.

Primary authors are asked to grant permission to the 2024 ITS Rocky Mountain Annual Meeting organizers to post their presentation (in written and/or audio form) to www.itsrm.org.

Additionally, primary authors are asked to supply (1) written permission (if necessary) from the copyright holder and (2) an electronic copy of their presentation; so that the ITS Rocky Mountain organizers may publish any copyrighted or previously published material.

By agreeing, the primary authors are also verifying they are authorized to submit this presentation for posting on the ITS Rocky Mountain website.
