• Account Lead

  Job Description
  * Lead a portfolio of clients with the support of a 3-person account team structure
  * Develop communications strategies and manage deliverables that generate results
  * Coordinate the creation, delivery and evaluation of strategic communications tactics, including media relations, digital marketing, thought leadership and community engagement
  * Pitch new ideas and creative solutions for clients
  * Coordinate account teams to execute programs on time and on budget
  * Contribute to new business proposals and agency strategy
  
  Qualifications
  * Excellent client service, communication and project management skills
  * Mastery of industry best practices with a constant curiosity to stay on top of trends
  * Collaboration with teammates, clients and industry contacts in a hybrid work setting
  * A bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing or communications
  * 2+ years of PR agency experience

• PR Intern/Fellow

  We’re always looking for exceptional public relations students or recent graduates for our paid PR agency internship/fellowship program in our Dallas office. The position offers hands-on communications and marketing experience in a supportive and fun work environment. Three Box's 16-week internship/fellowship program is 24-40 hours per week, depending on candidate availability, and could lead to a full-time opportunity. Our team operates in a hybrid remote/in-person structure with three days per week in the office.
  
  Our interns and fellows support at least three client accounts, including B2B, B2C and nonprofit organizations, to gain exposure to a wide range of industries. An experienced mentor will conduct weekly professional development meetings, and the fellowship will conclude with a 360-degree performance review. The Three Box team is a group of lifelong learners and we work to provide a rich, mutually beneficial learning experience for new professionals.
  
  Job Description
  * Create content for social media, media pitches, news releases, marketing materials, websites, videos and other communications
  * Build media lists and manage media opportunities
  * Monitor and report on media and social media results
  * Coordinate logistics for client and media events
  * Conduct research and support new business activities
  * Contribute ideas and creative solutions for client programs
  
  Qualifications
  * At least six semesters of completed coursework in journalism, public relations, marketing and/or communications
  * Strong writing and AP style skills
  * Involvement in relevant student or community organizations
  * An eye for details and deadlines
  * Prior PR agency internship experience and PRSSA involvement (encouraged, but not required)
