Saving Grace Host  Sleepover Program
Hello! Please carefully read ALL of the following details and information before signing up. Throughout the signup form, please carefully read ALL of the information and contact us with any questions.

Generally, our pick-up occurs on Friday evenings (times range from 7:00-9:00pm depending on how many people are signed up and when we can begin after adoptions). Drop-off time is at or around 7:00 pm on Sunday OR at or around 12:00 pm on Monday in the Saving Grace parking lot UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED for a special host event. We assign pick ups and returns in groups at different time slots so your specific pickup and return times will be emailed to you before pick up and drop off. Thank you in advance for respecting your assigned time.

*YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM US AFTER YOU SIGN UP. AFTER YOU SUBMIT THIS FORM, YOU WILL RECEIVE A GOOGLE FORM SUBMISSION CONFIRMATION EMAIL. ONCE YOU RECEIVE THAT, WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR INFORMATION AND YOU ARE ON OUR LIST FOR PICK UP.  We will send out an email with pick-up information usually the night before or the morning of the pick-up date with any final instruction for pick-up and the weekend. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM FOLDER FOR THESE EMAILS! If you do not see the pickup information email by the morning of pick-ups, let us know and plan to come to pickups on Friday evening as we have a dog waiting for you!*

**YOU MUST LIVE CLOSE ENOUGH (within 1 hour) TO SG THAT IN THE EVENT YOU NEED TO RETURN FOR NECESSARY MEDICATION OR ANOTHER EMERGENCY, YOU CAN DO SO WITHOUT ISSUE. By signing up for a host weekend, you agree to and understand that you are within 1 hour of Saving Grace (13400 Old Creedmoor Road, Wake Forest NC) **

***IMPORTANT MEDICAL NOTE: Our dogs are exposed to a number of things prior to coming to Saving Grace. Upon becoming part of our program, they do receive all necessary vaccines and preventatives. Some of our dogs on site are being treated with antibiotics for kennel cough or upper respiratory infections, which is common in a shelter environment due to lack of medical attention prior and these illnesses can be contagious. You may be asked to continue giving your host dog their medicine during your time together. Additionally, we very strongly recommend all homes hosting a shelter pet have all resident pets up to date on vaccinations and contact your vet for specific questions about your own dogs. We want to ensure the well-being and health of all animals, including residents in host homes. For this reason, we also do not allow host dogs to visit dog parks.***

Please do not sign up more than once for a specific pick-up date. If you want to edit your sign-up information, go to the Google Form submission confirmation email and select "Edit Response" in that email. If you sign up again to edit your information we will have you as a duplicate on our list.

ALL COMMUNICATION WILL COME FROM AND SHOULD GO TO HOST@SAVINGGRACENC.ORG FOR ANYTHING WEEKEND HOST RELATED.  PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK EMAIL AND PLEASE SAVE OUR EMAIL ADDRESS AS A CONTACT.
