The Department of Natural and Cultural Resources and the North Carolina Museum of Art require film and lecture program participants ages 13 and up to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 NAAT or PCR test result; test results must be within 72 hours of the event. Please plan to have one of these items in hand upon entry for Museum personnel.

Steve Taras, one of Raleigh’s premier florists and owner of Watered Garden Florist, leads this dynamic demo that features gorgeous flowers both familiar and new and the many creative ways to arrange them. A handful of arrangements will be given to audience members at the end of the program.

Please note: admission to Art in Bloom in West Building requires a separate entry ticket.

This is an in-person demonstration lasting between 60 and 90 minutes. You will be seated throughout; there is no hands-on component. Lunch not included.

Please arrive early to allow time for parking and walking to the SECU Auditorium in East Building; we expect parking to be crowded.
